"Altough the driver came on time I feel that he lacked communication skills and was not able to fully understand what he was saying. For a professional service which is what i have received in the past form your company I think this driver in particular was not well dressed and NOT friendly at all. He did not say a word during the whole journey and possibly this was because of his lack of English language? Neither I think was he capable of responding to text messages which I sent him. My other complaint was that the car looked a bit old and ragged and this has not been the same in the past when the cars have been fairly new and very clean. If you want people to continue using your service you need to improve on above aspects. Also, a friend who used another service had a system where he was sent an email which was sophisticated and even had the drivers photo and car details on it. Perhaps you can look into this to keep yourself in line with your competition?"
